Kenneth B. Wolin was born and raised in the New York metropolitan area. He has worked as a paralegal specializing in telecommunications law for over a decade. Mr. Wolin also has significant experience in criminal and civil litigation.

He attended Syracuse University, earning a B.A. in Political Science in 1974. He then attended the American University and was awarded a Master of Science in the Administration of Justice, with a focus on juvenile corrections in 1976.
